Tired sitting for way too long? You might need this!

As a graphic designer, it is a destiny to work sitting in front of your desktop or laptop all day long. Even some worst cases you work from morning to the next morning again through the night.
Back pain is the usual thing that happened following these routines. Some more deadly health threats could attack in the longer run.

Sitting is a sedimentary activity, which in healthy view, is not a healthy way of living. So how do we proceed working our crafts without sacrificing much to our health?

One of the best solutions I have to solve the problem is by standing while working. Yes, standing.

The cheapest workaround is simply by stacking boxes or books just to raise the position of your monitor or laptop, as well as the input devices like keyboard and mouse. There are also some manually  adjustable laptop table you can find in many online marketplaces.

If you have extra budget, the electric adjustable desk is the best way to go. They start at around $200. The luxury of having this is that you can adjust the height of the desk in a simple press of a button that comes with the desk.

I have tried working by standing, and it really eases up my back pain. I can even now move my body freely while working. Standing up after a long sitting is really refreshing too. It feels like you freed up the constrained muscle

If you think that working by standing up would hinder productivity or at least make it inconvenient to work with, you are completely wrong. I have been doing it for some months now, and I have no issue with productivity. You can just resume your work just like before. Even better, since we can reduce

But of course, standing up for way too long is also tiring. You can alternate sitting and standing up between your work days. By doing so, we also have more extra movement to our sedimentary position.
